Hammer was developed to address the industrial rubber and composite hose applications that Morgen’s hydraulic, thermoplastic, and PVC/PU product lines are not designed for. Where oil suction delivery, chemical transfer, abrasive material handling, bulk cement movement, and composite construction are the primary requirements, Hammer provides the application-specific product architecture.

The Hammer product range sits within the Morgen portfolio and shares the same documentation standards: construction details are separated by component, technical data tables are published with verified datasheet support, and chemical or media compatibility claims are qualified rather than overstated.
